Start with the exact model, not just the product name

Two versions of the same device can differ in radio bands, charging requirements, software region or included accessories. Ask the seller for the model number and specifications before paying.

• Check voltage, plug type and charger requirements against your destination.
• For phones and connected devices, check network bands, SIM or carrier locks and any local registration requirements.
• Confirm the seller’s warranty territory and return terms. Forwarding does not create international warranty coverage.
• Keep the invoice and listing details. Warehouse arrival photos are not a functional test or proof of authenticity.

Batteries need a separate shipping decision

Tell MyReship whether the device contains a battery, whether a battery is packed separately, or whether the order includes spare batteries or a power bank. Provide the battery chemistry, capacity or watt-hour rating when available. Courier approval must be checked for your specific shipment before purchase.

• Installed batteries, loose batteries and power banks can have different carrier requirements.
• Damaged, swollen or recalled batteries must not be treated as ordinary electronics parcels.
• Do not omit batteries from the declaration or assume removing retail packaging makes an item acceptable.
• Approval for one model or destination does not establish blanket acceptance for all electronics.

Choose a seller and a buying route

Compare the landed cost before committing

Budget for the item, seller delivery, applicable service and packing fees, international transport, and destination duties or taxes. Use current pricing and the shipping calculator as planning tools; a device requiring special handling may need a separate suitability check. There is no guaranteed tax saving or cheaper final price.

• Protective packaging can increase dimensions and chargeable weight.
• Ask before repacking; retaining original packaging may matter for returns or resale.
• A consolidated box containing a restricted device still needs courier approval. Combining it with ordinary accessories does not remove the restriction.
