What should I include if the size or colour is unclear?
Write the exact variant, size and colour in the request and include screenshots showing the options selected on the listing. Include the product link and seller name as well, so support can match the item rather than rely on an image alone.
Will the promotion or voucher I see be used?
Promotions and vouchers are subject to confirmation for the approved purchase. Send the displayed price and any relevant screenshots to support. Do not assume a discount applies; the confirmed order quote determines what you pay.
Will MyReship buy from a different Shopee seller if my listing is unavailable?
Do not assume another seller offers an equivalent item. Support needs to confirm availability for the listing you requested. Review and confirm any proposed seller, listing or variant change before purchase.
Do I pay in MYR, and does that include international shipping?
You pay MyReship in MYR. Product conversion, local delivery and applicable service charges are separate cost components. International shipping is quoted manually for your parcel and destination and is not included in the local delivery fee. Your confirmed quotes control the amounts payable.
