Wholesale orders • Container sea freight • Buyer-led specifications

A precise brief. A more useful offer.

    Start with the product specification

All product specifications shown are requirements you can request, not confirmed inventory, certifications or supplier commitments.

    Application & base oil

Tell us whether the oil is for passenger cars, heavy-duty diesel engines or another application. Specify mineral, semi-synthetic or fully synthetic oil, and any engine or equipment requirements.

    Viscosity & performance

State the SAE viscosity grade, such as 5W-30 or 15W-40, plus the API or ACEA performance category you require. These are examples of buyer specifications, not a list of products in stock.

    Approvals & evidence

List any OEM approvals or technical documents you need. A statement of suitability is not the same as a formal manufacturer approval; supporting evidence must be reviewed for the proposed product.

Plan the packaging, not just the product

Specify retail bottle size, units per carton, drums or other required formats. Include label language, pallet requirements and your quantity in litres, drums or containers. Packaging options and loading plans depend on supplier confirmation.

    Check the destination requirements

Request a current safety data sheet (SDS) and technical data sheet for the exact lubricant offered. Transport classification must be checked from the SDS and with the carrier; engine oils must not automatically be assumed non-dangerous. Your importer or customs broker should confirm destination registration, labelling and import requirements before purchase.

From purchasing brief to shipment planning

    1. 1

      Share your requirements

Send specifications, packaging, quantity, destination country and port, plus your preferred shipping terms.

    2. 2

      Review sourcing possibilities

We review the brief and seek supplier options. Availability, documents, order quantity and commercial terms need confirmation.

    3. 3

      Agree the scope

Review the proposed product and freight scope. Confirm the named ports, shipping terms and responsibility for customs, duties and insurance.

    4. 4

      Coordinate sea freight

After agreement and required checks, coordinate packing and shipment arrangements. Schedules remain subject to carrier and port conditions.

Tell us what you need to import.

A detailed enquiry helps us assess sourcing and shipping options. Sending this form does not place an order or reserve stock.

Include application, base oil, SAE viscosity, API/ACEA category, required OEM approvals, SDS/document needs, packaging, desired quantity and shipping terms (for example FOB or CIF, with a named port).

    Before you request a quote

Does MyReship manufacture or hold stock of engine oil?

No. MyReship provides sourcing and shipment coordination. Supplier availability, product specifications, documents, minimum order quantities and commercial terms are checked for each enquiry; no stock or brand is promised on this page.

Can you source a particular viscosity or approval?

Send the exact viscosity, performance category and approval requirement. We use that brief to enquire with potential suppliers. Any proposed product and approval evidence must be checked and accepted before an order is agreed.

What is needed to plan sea freight for lubricants?

The proposed product SDS, packaging, total quantity and weight, destination port and agreed shipping terms are needed. Carrier acceptance, transport classification and destination restrictions must be reviewed before booking.

How is the wholesale quotation determined?

The supplier offer, specification, packaging, order volume, freight scope and destination determine the quote. State whether you need a product-only offer or a proposal including sea freight, and identify your preferred shipping terms.
