How are the live IDR-to-MYR examples calculated?
Each IDR product subtotal is multiplied by the current IDR-to-MYR rate returned by MyReship's Indonesia pricing service. The current local delivery fee is then added. The result excludes service fees, international shipping, duties and taxes.
Are the examples a final amount I can pay?
No. The examples illustrate product conversion plus local delivery using live pricing, not a confirmed order total. Review the confirmed order quote for your item, quantity and applicable service fees before payment.
What happens if live pricing cannot be loaded?
No fallback rate or estimated amount is displayed. Use Retry live pricing to request the current values again, or ask support to confirm the charges for your purchase request.
Is the local delivery fee an international shipping fee?
No. Local delivery is a separate purchase cost. International shipping from Indonesia is manually quoted separately based on the parcel and destination, and is excluded from the live examples.
How much are the service fees?
Applicable service fees and any account allowance must be checked in your confirmed order quote. This guide does not assign an assumed fee or include service fees in its example subtotals.
Which currency do I pay MyReship in?
You pay MyReship in MYR. The Indonesian product price is converted from IDR using the applicable rate, with local delivery and other applicable charges shown in the confirmed order quote.
Do the examples include import duties or taxes?
No. Duties and taxes are excluded from the examples. Check your destination's import requirements and any charges payable under applicable rules; this page does not quote destination customs charges.
